How to become an investor on the Synthesz platform?+
Create an account, fund your wallet using a supported method, then choose a staking plan (node or liquid) and delegate your assets.
Which payment systems does Synthesz work with?+
We integrate with crypto rails via PayKassa and support major coins across ERC20, TRC20, BEP20, Polygon, Solana, and more. See the deposit screen for the latest supported networks.
How to create staking?+
Go to Dashboard → Staking → New, select a plan, choose your funding coin or balance, and confirm delegation. Rewards start accruing after the first 24h cycle.
How long does it take for the deposit to appear on the balance?+
Most confirmed on-chain deposits are reflected after the necessary network confirmations (usually within a few minutes). Some chains can take longer under high load.
How does profit withdrawal work?+
Claim rewards in your dashboard to credit your coin balance, then create a withdrawal to your wallet address. Admin approval and network confirmations apply.

Does the company charge any fees for deposits and withdrawals?+
Deposits: network fees only. Withdrawals: a small network fee applies; no hidden platform markup. See the withdrawal screen for the exact estimate.
How long does it take for funds to arrive in the wallet after creating a withdrawal request?+
Most requests are processed within hours after admin approval. Network congestion and coin-specific confirmation rules may affect timing.

Yes. Go to Dashboard → Settings to update password, profile details, and avatar. Email changes require verification.
Can I register multiple accounts?+
Multiple accounts are discouraged and may be limited. Use the built-in referrals system if you want to invite others.
Is my account accessible at all times?+
We target high availability with global endpoints. Temporary maintenance or third‑party outages can occur; follow our status updates in the community.
Forgot my account password. What should I do?+
Use the “Forgot password” flow on the login page to request a reset link to your email.

Staking is crypto-first. Fiat on-ramps may be supported via partners; otherwise use supported stablecoins to fund your balance.

Are there any limits on the number of active stakings?+
No strict limit for typical usage. Very large numbers may require support review for performance and security reasons.
